How to lose belly fat fast: morning exercise program

Image
Hi! 1. Introduction: my new exercise program to lose belly fat fast It's been a while since I came up with a new "own" exercise program, but I can assure you that I have been exercising diligently every morning, mostly using Youtube but occasionally doing my own thing. I have consistently been losing belly fat, although I have probably also lost a little weight (I  hope not, I hope I have been replacing fat with muscle! :).  The following program is a mix of cardio, standing abs, Pilates and yoga. As always, I am using a towel , a mat, ankle and wrist weights and extra weights . For two of the exercises you will need a high step or a chair. 2. My music suggestions for my Lose Belly Fat Fast Program: Michael Jackson's You really turn me on Katy Perry's Roar! Shakira's Loca 3. The Exercise Program: 1. Cat/cow yoga pose  to loosen the back and strengthen the abs. Start on our hands and knees, inhale deeply, and curve your back downwards. ...

My top 10 favorite yoga exercises

Hi! I have not been posting the last few weeks because I have been busy revamping all my old blog posts (more than 160 in total! Besides this blog I have https://sfiprofittc.blogspot.se/ and https://wordpress.com/view/topcat66blog.wordpress.com, have a look.) However I feel the need to write a fresh post and since I have been doing yoga 10 minutes every morning (alternating with pilates and standing ab workouts) and I love top-10 lists, here is my favorite 10 yoga exercises. The pictures are all from pixabay as I haven't gotten around to making my own yet. General tips: exercising should be strenous but not painful. Remember to breathe! How long you should hold a pose is up to you. I generally count 3-4 breaths. It feels more useful to hold a pose then to run through them at high speed.  tripleclicks.com Kinesiology Tape Sports Muscles Care Therapeutic Bandage —  €10.53   (Save 16%!) Back pain, yoga, stress and exams

HI! Sorry I have not posted for a while. I currently work officially 220% (70% job, 50% course at one university plus a 100% course at another university). Since this is of course not humanly possible I have a lot of stress. Probably that is the cause of my back pain, which suddenly appeared early in the morning of the 30th of September. Since then I wake up every night/early morning going bonkers. The pain is centered between my shoulder blades but often extends down both sides of my spine. I have taken up yoga both to help with the back pain and to relieve stress. I do 10-20 minutes every morning, getting up at 6 on working days, and usually my back pain is manageable after that. My condition has also improved, even doing so little.  tripleclicks.com Massage Cream Relief Pain In Muscles And Joints Essential Oils Muscle Pain Ointment Essential Oil —  €10.94   (Save 9%!) Yoga as stress relief and body toning

Hi! Yes, I am still doing exercises every morning and feeling so happy about it! Most days I wake to intense back pain (which I attribute to too much stress) and yoga definitely helps the pain to go away, but also it stimulates my brain and gets me off to a running start. I always do exercise first, have a shower and then breakfast (yoghurt, muesli and fresh fruit; later in the morning I usually take half a (whole-grain) bun with cheese and turkey breast). Eating just before exercise does not go well with me. I do drink 1-2 glasses of lemon water (water in which we put lemon slices overnight) when I wake up.  tripleclicks.com Mini Yoga Ball —  €9.72   (Save 19%!) Just for fun I have now also tried out some fitness programs instead of just yoga. I notice that my whole body is tightening up. My abs are less flab, my bum is firmer (though not any less scrawny) and my arms and legs are more muscular. I also feel less tired and have more energy. All in all...

Hi! I haven't posted for a while due to being busy. I am always busy, but the past 3 months more than usual: I work 70%, I have a 50% distance course in Malmö going on and a 100% distance course in Karlstad as well. It gets to be pretty much. The good news is that after New Year it will be much quieter because I will only have work and the 50% course. So I am holding out...
