I have a cure for exfoliative cheilitis (chronic peeling and cracking of the lips)

I have written several posts about exfoliative cheilitis, which is chronical cracking and peeling of the lips. I don't know if everyone who has it also has a feeling that the inside of your mouth is burned, but I had that. Very annoying not in the least because food and drink do not taste good. That has also gone away. I used a medicine called Andolex to anesthesize it, but I don't have to use that anymore.


Although I have found a cure that keeps it under control, so that people do not notice it, it has not gone away forever; I need to apply salve regularly to keep my lips moist and I have to use my cure regularly. At times I have forgotten it for up to a week without a problem; other times I start getting peeling lips within 24 hours if I don't apply the liquid.


I tried at least 30 different medicines and treatments, including doing nothing (did not work!), vitamins and special diets. Nothing worked and some even worsened the problem, for instance that the skin under my nose and my mouth would get red and itchy and burning. Then I would need to apply make-up to cover it and that would make it even worse. What a nightmare!

But since I found this product on the Internet and started applying it, I have not had a real problem anymore. My lips sometimes do peel a bit, but it is not very visible and they are generally normal. It started in November 2015 and I had a grimace instead of a smile because the condition makes your lips tense; if you smile widely they crack open. I started using the product in May 2017; my lips were back in their normal condition in a week and have been ok ever since. So what is this fabulous product?

I have no idea if another propolis product also would work. I will try it out. This product is a liquid; I apply Decubal salve to my lips and put 1-2 drops of Propolis on that and kind of smear it out. It smells and tastes of honey but it is bitter.

Today 7th of April I am on a health topic that has kept me continuously busy for 7 months now and I have finally found out what it is. Exfoliative cheilitis update; I have found a cure!

Hi!  Much has happened since my last post in this area.  I have had an allergy test ( 4 days with 2 large stickers on your back, no needles thank god) but was not allergic to anything (strange, I can think up some things though. Dishwashing liquid. Boring speakers. Delayed trains. A bank which cannot take cash. Anything which will put up my spikes.) I have been trying this product for a week now: APV Tentorium. (sorry no pic anymore, it is no longer sold online) ..... and it is working! It started working directly the second day, and although it goes slowly, by now I am not peeling anymore! Back pain, yoga, stress and exams

HI! Sorry I have not posted for a while. I currently work officially 220% (70% job, 50% course at one university plus a 100% course at another university). Since this is of course not humanly possible I have a lot of stress. Probably that is the cause of my back pain, which suddenly appeared early in the morning of the 30th of September. Since then I wake up every night/early morning going bonkers. The pain is centered between my shoulder blades but often extends down both sides of my spine. I have taken up yoga both to help with the back pain and to relieve stress. I do 10-20 minutes every morning, getting up at 6 on working days, and usually my back pain is manageable after that.
