Oh no! Disaster has struck! Exfoliative cheilitis.

Here I am thinking I am doing other people a favor and it turns out to be a mess. I have written about this propolis product that is still keeping my exfoliative cheilitis under control. It flares up a bit now and then with some peeling but I very seldom have cracks or red, irritated skin around the lips anymore. However I was approached by a desperate person wanting to know about this cure and when I tried to link it to her it was not there anymore. Help! I still have a reserve bottle but the current one is almost finished. I am going to look very hard for an alternative and I will see if I can contact the original seller. Hang in there, if I find something I will post!


I am going to try this one: Propolis honey paste but I cannot say anything about it until I have tried it.

Hi!  Much has happened since my last post in this area.  I have had an allergy test ( 4 days with 2 large stickers on your back, no needles thank god) but was not allergic to anything (strange, I can think up some things though. Dishwashing liquid. Boring speakers. Delayed trains. A bank which cannot take cash. Anything which will put up my spikes.) I have been trying this product for a week now: APV Tentorium. An unknown cause of misery: exfoliative cheilitis (chronic peeling & cracking of the lips)

Hi! Latest updates are added below ; about how it is going with my treatment trials. Check it out now-I  may have found something! Today 7th of April I am on a health topic that has kept me continuously busy for 7 months now and I have finally found out what it is. In November 2015 my lips suddenly started cracking and peeling.  I thought it was just the cold here in Sweden, but I have never had it before in the 6 winters I have experienced here and the 13 winters I lived in the Netherlands. I used a lipstick ( Lipfinity , great durability!) at the time which I had been using for several years. I stopped using the lipstick and bought lip balm. When it just got worse I bought other lip balms , I have I think about 7 of them. None worked. Back pain, yoga, stress and exams

HI! Sorry I have not posted for a while. I currently work officially 220% (70% job, 50% course at one university plus a 100% course at another university). Since this is of course not humanly possible I have a lot of stress. Probably that is the cause of my back pain, which suddenly appeared early in the morning of the 30th of September. Since then I wake up every night/early morning going bonkers. The pain is centered between my shoulder blades but often extends down both sides of my spine. I have taken up yoga both to help with the back pain and to relieve stress. I do 10-20 minutes every morning, getting up at 6 on working days, and usually my back pain is manageable after that.
