Review of the B-active acupressure sciatica pad
Hi!
March 6, 2016
My husband has intense lower back pain due to an operation for sciatica which left a muscle in his back pressing on a nerve. It can be operated upon but chances are 75% he will end up in a wheel chair. So we have been trying everything available to alleviate his pain.
I bought the B-active in December. It had free shipping and I guess that therefore we received it without its box with instructions, it was just in a plastic bag. I looked it up on the Internet and he has tried it out 10 times now for 2 hours at a time. Of these 10 times he felt some relief twice, four times he has felt a little relief, and the other four times there was no effect at all.
As he does not have sciatica it is maybe not his thing. According to Youtube some people have had amazing relief. It is also possible that we did not apply it on the right spot as it is a bit difficult to know precisely where to place it.
His opinion in total? If you do have sciatica, it is worth a try, because it is not very expensive and easy to use. If there is a chance it can give you relief it is well worth the relatively low price. If your back pain is due to other causes, it is probably a waste of money.
